How do I be informed for my shipment?

1. On the day of delivery, customer will receive SMS / Whatsapp to inform them of the delivery arrangement
(Customer need a valid phone number to receive the message)

2. If the delivery cannot be successfully arranged on the same day, the customer can contact the Customer Service from the web link to change the delivery time

Delivery Time :
Monday to Saturday  (NOT apply for public holidays)
Service hours 1000-2200
